Riehener Zeitung featured our Jeolla Kimjang Experience 2026 in their latest issue (Aug 7). Under the headline “Die Schönheit von Korea zeigen” (“Showing the beauty of Korea”), journalist Nathalie Reichel captured what the day was truly about: not only learning how to make kimchi, but experiencing the spirit of Kimjang—Korea’s UNESCO-recognised tradition of sharing, cooperation and community.

The article highlights how participants of all ages came together around one table to prepare kimchi, share a homemade Korean meal, and discover the stories behind a family recipe from Korea’s Jeolla Province.
