AI Knowledge Exchange – Between Technology and Humanity

We’re honored to share that Riehener Zeitung featured our recent event, AI Knowledge Exchange: Think Global, AI Local, in their May 23rd issue. Hosted by Friends of Korea at the Gedenkstätte Riehen — Switzerland’s only memorial dedicated to victims of National Socialism — the evening brought together over 35 participants from Switzerland, Korea, and beyond.

AI, Ethics, and Humanity — in Conversation

“Es war kein Technik-Gipfel, sondern ein Abend über Vertrauen, Ethik und die kulturellen Kräfte, auf denen unsere digitale Zukunft basieren sollte.”
Riehener Zeitung

It was an open space for dialogue about trust, ethics, and the cultural values that should guide our digital future.

The event opened with remarks from Johannes Czwalina, founder of the Riehen memorial for WWII Victims and longtime advocate for values-based leadership at Czwalina Consulting .

The evening continued with cross-disciplinary dialogue between public policy and tech experts, young professionals, and cultural practitioners from multiple countries and fields.

💡 A Network of Meaningful Exchange

At Friends of Korea, we believe innovation is strongest when rooted in connection. This evening showed what’s possible when we come together not as markets or data points, but as humans across cultures, disciplines, and generations.
